Day 3: The Fog is Starting to Lift

Back to the Kenan office it was this morning, and we decided to experience the morning rush hour on the Bangkok Skytrain. Interestingly, even with having to change trains once and including a 7-minute walk after getting off, we got to the office faster than with the private driver the day before — for 1 Euro. To me, that sounds like a business case for sustainability.

As it was a Tuesday, we were essentially alone in the office (see Kenan’s hybrid working mode described on Day 2), but had the pleasure of interviewing Richard Bernhard, Kenan’s Executive Director, on site to get his input on Kenan’s status, success, and struggles, and on their Scope of Work document for our project. It was very helpful for us to keep reflecting what the core wish of digitalization in the document may mean for us — so we can define the scope of our work in such a way that we can actually deliver a meaningful result by mid-November.

Visit Now
