Where Should the WNBA Put Expansion Teams?

<p>The WNBA has seen a talent explosion in recent years, with the highest quality of play the league has ever seen. Some of the rosters are positively stacked. The Las Vegas Aces are able to trot out 5 star players and crush opponents left and right. And playing in a league with just 12 teams worth of roster spots (and no G League equivalent to send players to so they can develop) can make it incredibly difficult for even very talented young players to gain a foothold in the league and earn consistent playing time.
