<p>Looking back on my past, a testimony emerges — a testament to the consequences of a relationship without discernment. It wasn’t just a deviation from God’s commands; it was a blatant rejection. It was a complete disregard of a pursuit that honoured God.</p>
<p>I found myself in a relationship that was bound to fail as Christ was not at the centre. My naivety prevented me from recognizing his lack of genuine faith, despite his professed belief in God. I was unaware that I was living in the sins of the flesh. Over time, as God cleared my eyes, it became glaringly evident that he had no genuine desire to know God. There was no zeal for church, no eagerness to attend a Christian fellowship with me, and certainly no yearning to seek God.</p>
