Empowering excellence: Celebrating one year of Credera’s Women in Engineering network
<p>As part of our initial launch, we released a blog series featuring narratives from a few of our incredible female engineers at Credera. These stories not only shed light on the diverse paths into engineering, but also served as a source of inspiration for aspiring engineers. It’s not every day that you hear how your work has made a direct impact on others, but a success story I’d love to share is that through these blog posts, we were able to inspire an apprentice to accept an offer to join Credera. This truly emphasises the power of shared experiences and the influence that a supportive community can have on individual career choices.</p>
