Being a senior engineering leader. Skills that you can start building already

Here I would like to share experiences being a senior engineering leader and share ideas and thoughts that might be helpful for you as you think about your career and where you want to go, and what you want to do. How can you do a better job? How can you continuously improve? What to do if you are interested in becoming VP of engineering, CTO, or part of the C — Staff. Sadly I think that there’s not that much information out there. At least that I could find. As one person told me, you become a student of the job while you do the job. So how can I help others?
