“Energy Psychology”: Pseudoscience or Ahead of Its Time?

The governing body of psychological practice, the American Psychology Association (APA) deems energy psychology a “pseudoscience”, meaning that it has little to no efficacy or scientific validity. However, since the 70s and 80s, individuals have been practicing energy psychology with surprising results, including several studies indicating its ability to reliably treat things like anxiety and depression.</p>
