#MeToo At BlackRock

I joined BlackRock through a diversity cohort within the 2017 summer internship program. I then returned as a full-time analyst in 2018, starry-eyed and excited to take on the world in a company I thought was sustainability-oriented and committed to diversity and inclusion. I was a woman on a mission: I was going to work my way to be an unapologetic Muslim woman of color impact investor.
