Two More Arrests Made in Killing of Philadelphia Police Officer

The suspects have been identified as Alexander Batista-Polanco, 21, of Camden, New Jersey, and Hendrick Pena-Fernandez, 21, of Pennsauken, New Jersey. Batista-Polanco, who had active warrants in New Jersey, was initially taken into custody in Scranton, Pennsylvania, to face burglary charges before being transported to Philadelphia. Pena-Fernandez is currently being held in Bellmawr, New Jersey. These arrests follow the earlier detention of 18-year-old Yobranny Martinez Fernandez of Camden County, New Jersey, who was apprehended in Cherry Hill.
