I might get myself into some hot water for writing this one, but I can’t justify staying quiet any longer. Conestoga College is somehow moving backwards on their path to Truth and Reconciliation, and it is more than disappointing to watch.
For context, I am a 2-Spirited, mixed Potawatomi/Scottish community member of Wiikwemkoong Unceded Territory, and I have been a student at Conestoga College since September of 2020. I am set to graduate with a degree in public relations, but that may not happen once I publish this.
