And it just so happens that there’s the perfect product to ‘fix’ it.
This phenomenon I usually see on TikTok popularizes products and procedures aimed at women and creates new insecurities or ‘flaws’ to sell them; making girls hate parts of themselves they never even thought to critique. To justify indulging in such products and procedures, it’s referred to as ‘self-care’.
