When Black Male Actors Put on Dresses, It Does Not Emasculate Black Men. It MASCULANIZES Black Women

Kat is saying that when black male actors put on dresses and act like “clowns and buffoons”, they lose their masculinity (and I guess they also lose the “power” that comes with masculinity?). He is saying putting on dresses emasculates black male actors and black men in general.

Judging from social media reaction to the interview, Kat is not the only one who feels this way.

Many black men and some black women believe dresses emasculate black men. They believe Hollywood intentionally makes black men put on dresses to “take away” black men’s masculinity.
