My head was turned, however, in July by a WhatsApp message which simply showed tour dates for The Lemonheads.
30 years after the release of their iconic album, It’s a Shame About Ray, the band were playing a series of dates to celebrate. One of which was at the QMU in Glasgow — a place steeped in music history, but one that I had not visited since playing there myself some 17 (S E V E N T E E N) years ago.
