The best antidote to overthinking is ACTION.

I kid you not. When you feel low, just a small step is all you need to declutter your mind and go ahead with clarity.

Self-control is too overrated. Look after your environment instead

There is too much noise on the Internet on that.

Okay I never get this. Like if you are surrounded by loads of unproductive triggers, how are you going to control yourself?

The problem is not in the problem. It’s in the solution.

Environment has a lot to do with our focus.

Like if you use your desk to work. A laptop. Some notebooks. A few stationary. That’s all you need to rise your productivity.
