Universe 101 — Vibrations & Frequencies

The actual definition of vibration is the oscillation or movement of the parts of a fluid or an elastic body back and forth.

So take a rubber band, stretch it a little, flick it with your finger, it vibrates. That’s what goes on with everything in the universe, from quarks and atoms, to stars and black holes, even the universe itself, literally everything vibrates.

Frequency just means how often an event or action occurs. So frequency with vibrations would just mean how often it’s moving back and forth.

Just as humans all have a unique fingerprint, everything in the universe, including the universe itself, has its own vibration. No one or thing has the same vibration. Similar, yes. Same, no.
