Value Investing Using Python & Azure — Introduction
<p>Leaving behind the remnants of the financial crisis that broke out in 2008, the stock market quickly regained strength thanks to helicopter Ben. Since then, the so-called growth stocks stood at the forefront to drive the market forward. Cheap loans made businesses flourish, companies were not afraid to start new initiatives, and the stock prices went through the roof!</p>
<p>That was when everyone became a self-acclaimed elite trader who thought he or she could easily beat the market by far. From 2009 to 2019 the S&P 500 rose by ca. 13% per annum, followed by a sudden dip inflicted by the outbreak of Covid-19. The dip didn’t last long. Interest rate stayed low and didn’t let the market fail.</p>
