Valentine’s Getaway South of the Border

After celebrating our first Valentine’s Day in town on Friday evening, I had planned a surprise getaway for Savannah over a long weekend. I had given her an idea of what to pack and what kind of activities we’d be doing but that was about it. She had never been out of the country and only recently gotten her passport. I had been to Mexico three years ago and loved taking in all the new views, culture and experiences and couldn’t wait to share all of that with her.
