Ukraine Update 21 March
<p>Below is a chart of votes for Putin (vertical) and voter turnout (horizontal) which makes a “comet” shape which is indicative of election fraud. It’s not difficult to see the graph-like structure in the upper right where a disproportionate number of results were tallied on even percentage lines (for example, 90% exactly, instead of a more realistic 90.4%, 90.2%, etc.) Then, there are spikes in numbers divisible by five, further indicating fraudulent results. Then, as the turnout increases, the support for Putin also increases, another indicator that the final ballots used to fill out the ballot boxes were fraudulent. In real elections, there would be a flat line with no correlation between voter preferences and voter turnout when all other variables are excluded at the national level. Note the number of districts with 100% turnout and the number with 100% support of Putin — such results might happen in one district, but in dozens or hundreds?</p>
