Tricky polynomial problem from Vojtěch Jarník

<p>This problem is from another international math competition which we&rsquo;ve looked at before; the Vojtěch Jarn&iacute;k International Mathematical Competition. While not as well known as the likes of Putnam, some of the problems can get just as hard if not harder!
