Alone in The Woods

<p>Itwent surprisingly quickly. I meditated from sunset to sunrise under an old beech tree. I alternated between sitting, standing, and walking meditation. I took a flask of coffee with me, and I&rsquo;m glad I did. It felt good at times to hold the warm cup in my hands (-:</p> <p>In the beginning, there was a beautiful breeze &mdash; but it died down and then a cloud of midges and mosquitos moved closer and closer to where I sat like the armies of Mara. And, for a good hour or so, I became an all-you-can-eat human buffet for every biting fly in the woodland I think.
