The Biggest Realisation I’ve Had About Changing My Life in a Year
<p>The simplicity of it. The bluntness of it. The reality of it. The slowness of it. It’s pretty easy to get carried away with the pace of life. Buying more stuff to fill more space to exist amongst more things, to feel, part of something.</p>
<p>In 2016, I entered the world of work. I say entered, it was more like a fall. I fell into work. Like flat on my face.</p>
<p>Everything was fast. And ‘more’ was rewarded. More meetings, more work, more doing. If you could do things quicker and smarter than other people, you got rewarded. And as I was on a graduate scheme, the competition for ‘more’ was fierce.</p>
<p>I immersed myself in this world for a little while. More doing. Bigger to-do lists. More everything. And recently I’ve been doing it with my business. More has become the strategy.</p>
