<p>The Russian ruler Ivan the Terrible was the first Tsar of Russia. He is a very important figure in Russian history. Ivan is credited for the modern geographic presence of Russia. He was the one who occupied and incorporated most of Siberia into Russia.</p> <p>Ivan became the ruler of Russia at age of three because of his father&rsquo;s death. He was brought up by Russian nobility who throughout his childhood used his power to their own benefit.
