<p>In the last 10 completed T20Is played at this ground, 6 games were won by the chasing side while 3 were won by the side batting first where one game went down to the wire and the defending side won by a run (Aus v NZ Feb 15,2009)</p>
<p>The last T20I game played here was a tied one between Australia and Sri Lanka on February 13. Batting first, Australia scored 164–6 off their 20 overs, Jos Inglis top scored with 48. In reply, Sri Lanka scored 164–8 off their 20 overs where Patthum Nissanka top scored 73 and useful contributions from the lower order led to a tie. Australia however managed to win the super over and take the game! What’s more interesting here is that the pacers took most of the wickets in that game.</p>
