Surviving UFO Acceleration by Controlled Time Dilation

In a free fall, despite 9.8 m/sec² acceleration, we and every cell or atom of our body experience weightlessness/zero gravity. The same about free rise: when a spaceship reaches second cosmic velocity and switches off engines but continues to rise at about 11 km/sec velocity, everybody inside the ship experiences weightlessness/zero gravity despite the fact that 9.8 m/sec² acceleration/gravity from the Earth is still there. Now, what if acceleration/gravity is different from 9.8 m/sec², for example, 1.6 m/sec² on the Moon, or 275 m/sec² on the Sun: would it be a different free fall or free rise experience? No, it is the same: weightlessness/zero gravity. Now, if we are able to switch from a free fall in some gravity to a free fall or free rise in another gravity/direction, we will survive any change in acceleration if each atom of our body and of our ship experiences the same velocity at any moment of time (different between moments, but the same within any moment). A difference in velocities of parts of our body or a difference between velocity of our body and velocity of the ship is a killer. No differences in velocities = free fall or free rise, and no smashing or tearing body apart.
