Summer Fun? Heck No, Summer Chaos!
<p>It really bothers me that I am a therapist, mature (by age, I mean), and write frequently about mental health issues and how to avoid the traps — and I STILL fall into them myself regularly! Grrrrrr.</p>

<p>If you have read my <a href="https://medium.com/mind-your-madness/seven-deadly-summer-sins-a2b14ee072fb" rel="noopener">Seven Deadly Summer Sins</a> blog, you will know what I am talking about when I talk about traps.
