Strolling around Catania (IT), Berlin (DE), and Vienna (AT)

As soon as I landed in this along the shore of the Adriatic Sea, and close to the Mount Etna, the cacophonous, crowded, and messy airport with no Wi-Fi hit me with a surprise. It was unexpected to find myself in a European airport that was not squeaky clean, with few people and fast internet. I took a taxi to my hotel for a whopping 35 Euro that, in hindsight, could have been heckled down. Local taxis and rented scooters were more common and convenient than other forms of transportation. People commonly choose to walk around the city too. The one time I tried to go from Hotel Nettuno to the Piazza Del Duomo on a bus it never really showed up in the 50 minutes that I stood there. I called an Uber which showed up after 20 minutes.
