<p>The focus on wellbeing and mental health has been growing, especially during and after Covid where people were forced to &ldquo;cut ties&rdquo; with family, friends, and colleagues for a long period of time. A study from the Mental Health Foundation, which tracked mental health across the pandemic, showed that one in four adults (24%) in the UK has felt lonely because of COVID-19.</p> <p>Multiple studies also show that wellbeing in the workplace has a direct impact on productivity, and business leaders should start to take notice and act on it. However a recent CIPD study into Health &amp; Wellbeing at Work showed that does not seem to be the case. In fact this study has highlighted that wellbeing has fallen down in senior business leaders agendas.
