Recap and Next Steps for BMOR

<p>Now for the nitty-gritty. Unfortunately, while we were optimistic Bridgespan leadership would recognize the many benefits of a union for&nbsp;<em>all&nbsp;</em>of us at our workplace, their SOP suggests anything but.</p> <p>To summarize, here&rsquo;s what it revealed:</p> <ul> <li><a href="https://www.nlrb.gov/case/01-RC-321927" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">Bridgespan has chosen to work with a law firm, Seyfarth Shaw</a>, with a long history of anti-union activity and otherwise repugnant activity (see an overview of their history at the end of this post).
