Day 12: One way you can stay positive on your travels is by staying healthy

<p>Throughout all my travel one thing that kept me positive throughout the entire time that I was away from home was exercising. I know I&rsquo;m not in the best shape as of right now, but thanks to all the running and working out with weights. My body feels great. For example when I was in Paris they had a ginormous gym in the hotel, and I had a few hours to kill before it was time to go celebrate New Year&rsquo;s. I worked out at the gym for 2 1/2 hours and boy let me tell you that was the best workout of my life. It made my mind sharper and made me set my goals for the rest of this vacation. Working out can bring the best of you. It makes you feel ready and set to go exploring. One day in Prague we had a free day and I decided to go run around the city. I ended up running 5 miles. I was winded but it felt excellent. Plus nothing beats the feeling of a nice hearty meal. It makes the run a thousand times better. Exercising helps get your mind off everything. Makes you feel like yourself and keeps your mind at peace. It helps you enjoy what you&rsquo;re doing instead of moping around your hotel. It can show you the city and also hidden places that you&rsquo;ve never been to.
