From Dr. Sheldon Cooper to Dr. Uche: My Hospital UX Design Odyssey

Designing a hospital management system sounds straightforward enough, right? But as a UX designer, I learned the hard way that sometimes the most unexpected details can trip you up. In my case, it was naming the users. I found an unexpected challenge in naming characters. Yes, you read that right. Names. I, a Big Bang Theory superfan who could quote Sheldon Cooper on command, thought it would be brilliant to use the show’s characters as names for the doctors, nurses, and pharmacists in my prototype.
