From Dr. Sheldon Cooper to Dr. Uche: My Hospital UX Design Odyssey

<p>Designing a hospital management system sounds straightforward enough, right? But as a UX designer, I learned the hard way that sometimes the most unexpected details can trip you up. In my case, it was naming the users. I found an unexpected challenge in naming characters. Yes, you read that right. Names. I, a Big Bang Theory superfan who could quote Sheldon Cooper on command, thought it would be brilliant to use the show&rsquo;s characters as names for the doctors, nurses, and pharmacists in my prototype. Dr. Sheldon, Dr. Amy, and even Stuart the receptionist!
