<p>Some people say that there is a massive gap between schools in the capital Bangkok and upcountry in terms of resources allocation, funding, quality of education, etc. There probably is but this should not deflect our attention from the countless schools within Bangkok that are no better off then their countryside counterparts.</p> <p><img alt="" src="https://miro.medium.com/v2/resize:fit:1000/1*mH-jpIs2UssbXYML4s4eHw.jpeg" style="height:750px; width:1000px" /></p> <p>The way from and to school for 130 children</p> <p>Located along the cargo train tracks connecting the Khlong Toey port and the northern periphery of Bangkok sits a Kindergarten school that is accessible only from the tracks. It sits surrounded by bill boards promising a life in luxury. In their shadow lay the houses and shacks of roughly 400 families that provide the manpower for labor, street vending or work at the nearby Pratunam clothing market.
