RenderATL: Empowering Diversity and Inclusion in the Tech Industry
<p>What does this all have to do with a tech conference? Because for the <strong>first time</strong> at a tech conference, I felt that I and others like me were <strong>SEEN</strong>.</p>
<p>I was one of MANY black peers. I was one of MANY female-identifying peers. I was one of MANY BIPOC peers, all motivated and eager to further our careers in the tech industry.</p>
<p>Tech culture has moved beyond the <a href="https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0168122/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">Pirates of Silicon Valley</a> image and transformed into a diverse melting pot. <a href="https://www.renderatl.com/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">RenderATL</a> effectively highlighted this shift while also embracing and showcasing the vibrant aspects of Atlanta’s culture.</p>
