Is Removing Trump from State Ballots a Bad Idea?
<p>I was like a lot of you. It’s almost as if Colorado said, “Merry Christmas, Charles!” <em>Herr</em> Trump, deleted from the Colorado presidential ballot!</p>
<p>Before Colorado’s Supreme Court so unexpectedly gifted me, my favorite Christmas present had always been one I received from my sister when I was about ten or so.</p>
<p>I still remember it fondly nearly sixty years later. It was a tub of Tootsie Rolls. The tub was the approximate size of Mexico. I was in heaven. My sister knew how much I loved gnawing on the things. Even at that early age, she was honing a rare skill: giving incredibly considerate gifts that reflect the person she gives them to.</p>
