<p>The personal legend is <em>not achieved</em> but <strong>fulfilled</strong>.</p>
<p>Everyone is born with their personal legend. And the capacity of that personal legend is similar to something we coin as a person’s “dish” in Korea — how large is your personal legend’s scope of glory but also its responsibility.</p>
<p>What makes every boss different from employeeIs their <em>responsibility</em> and <em>ownership</em>. Although they have power, if things go wrong they will be the first to go down.</p>
