<p>No place is perfect, so if you’re thinking about making that trip down to Argentina it’s best you know the truth. The harsh one. Now this list isn’t made to bash nor praise Buenos Aires, simply just to put things into perspective.</p>

<p>So this one is all perspective here. You can choose to see it as a<strong> PRO </strong>or as a <strong>CON</strong>. Depends on if you’re a glass half empty or half full kinda person, but before arriving, it’s good to keep in mind that Argentina does rank the <strong>lowest for English proficiency</strong> in all of Latin America. Just be ready to have to speak Spanish.</p>
