The Critical Importance of Networking for Professional Women
<p>There’s nothing like a significant anniversary, personal or professional, to provoke reflection on one’s journey and plans. Celebrating my tenth anniversary of working with <a href="https://www.limak.com.tr/homepage" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank"><strong>Limak Group</strong></a> has certainly led me to look back at how I’ve reached this point and what useful advice I can pass on to young women who are just embarking on their careers.</p>
<p>When I was starting out over 30 years ago, there were very few examples of women in leadership roles in my industry, so the idea that I might one day lead a major international construction project would have seemed a highly unlikely — but very pleasant — daydream.</p>
