ParkScore® Ranking: Proud to Be #7
<p>San Francisco has placed #7 in the ParkScore® rankings published this year by the Trust for Public Land. The survey compares five metrics, as described below, across the one hundred most populous cities in the country.</p>

<p>Parks help to make people healthier, improving both physical and mental health. People feel better when we have a chance to go outside.</p>
<p>We need fresh air. During critical times such as the pandemic, when there was limited social interaction indoors, parks were the one safe place where people could go to socialize.</p>
