Replay Joins the OVA Family

Montreal, QC, October 18, 2023. It is with great excitement that we announce that <a href="http://www.ova.ai/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">OVA</a> has acquired <a href="http://www.replayxr.co/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">Replay</a>, an EdTech company founded by Simon and Vincent Drouin. Their team has joined us to work on our core product, <a href="http://stellarx.ai/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">StellarX</a>. Since its very beginning, Replay’s mission has been to revolutionize the world of education and corporate training through the power of immersive technologies. Sounds familiar, yes?  Their plan was to reshape training and onboarding processes in corporate and educational environments through interactive VR simulations, leveraging the <a href="https://www.meta.com/ca/quest/quest-3/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">Quest 3</a> technology. They were incubated at <a href="https://labase.hec.ca/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">La Base Entrepreneuriale HEC Montréal</a>, graduating from Parcours Rémi-Marcoux; we ourselves are no strangers to this incubator, as we were part of Accélérateur Banque Nationale. Thereafter, Replay was able to secure several contracts with major players in the academic and corporate fields in less than a year, which is nothing short of impressive for a startup.  The acquisition of Replay by OVA will allow the former to propel their efficiency, and to deliver better on their soon-due contracts. They can now add to their arsenal our 10 years of expertise in the fields of immersive technologies and digital learning, our capable team of XR experts, developers, 3D artists, and learning specialists, as well as our award-winning content creation platform <a href="http://stellarx.ai/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">StellarX</a>, which constitutes the perfect base to create XR-ready experiences.
