<p>The definition of organizational culture is debated to say the least. I would put it very simply as how things are done (or not done) in an organization. There are multiple ways in which the culture manifests itself, such as how decisions are made, how teams interact with each other, how the company brands itself, how communication happens in the organization among numerous others.
