McKinsey, consiglieri of the opioid crisis

McKinsey has been embroiled in an endless series of grotesque scandals, caught “advising” companies and governments on projects that produced literal crimes against humanity, at scale. Naturally, the company downplays its role in these scandals, insisting that it was mostly involved in “marketing.” But McKinsey’s core strength isn’t marketing. If it was, the “McKinsey for Kids” program it launched earlier this year wouldn’t be so fuckin’ cringe.
