Open Letter to the Supreme Court
<p>There is a plethora of <strong><em>prima facia</em></strong> evidence, including <strong><em>the House J6 Investigation</em></strong>, that Trump incited and ordered the planning of the insurrection. If guilty, therefore, <strong><em>the 14th, section 3 applies</em></strong>.</p>
<p>The Supreme Court is the logical Constitutional branch to find a (former) President guilty of violating the Constitution. The evidence is so overwhelming, the Supreme Court should be able to decide the truth in less than a month. (Really a week, but other issues are on the docket.)</p>
<p>I assume the ruling is guilty, just based on public evidence. Therefore, Trump cannot become president and must drop out of the race.</p>
