Is “Non-native English Speaker” an Offensive Term?​

<p>If English isn&rsquo;t your first language, do you get offended if someone calls you a &ldquo;non-native English speaker&rdquo;? Is &ldquo;non-native English speaker&rdquo; a derogatory term?
