Understanding a Fatal Bar Shooting in Northeast Minneapolis

Rodriguez, turned deadly inside the Spring Street Tavern at 355 Monroe St. NE. The incident was captured on surveillance cameras, offering a glimpse into the moments leading up to the fatal shot.</p> <p>Patrick Mincey, 43, of Minneapolis, pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm, but he was not explicitly charged with the shooting of Kenneth Rodriguez.
