New Principal, Mr. Sosa, Reveals Plans for Sci-Tech High School’s 2023–2024 Year
<p>Mr. Sosa, our new principal for the upcoming academic year, <strong>has unveiled several exciting initiatives designed to improve student life at Sci-Tech High School.</strong></p>
<p>In a recent interview, Mr. Sosa highlighted these changes, including the introduction of “MEGAlunch” and “Ravens’ Nest.”</p>

<p>Although Mr. Sosa was tight-lipped about future plans, he assured, <strong>“While I can’t share specifics right now, we are certainly looking to add more for our scholars,” showing his respect for the school’s privacy policies.</strong></p>
<p>After leading Sci-Tech High through the 2022–2023 academic year, Principal Scott passed the reins to Mr. Sosa. Students, naturally curious about this transition, have been heartened to see Mr. Sosa’s clear focus on both student life and academic enrichment.</p>
<p>Highlighting some of the changes, “<strong>Mega-lunch</strong>” will be introduced on Fridays, providing students from 12:11 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a block of free time, followed by a 30-minute lunch break.</p>
<p>This initiative aims to give students an opportunity to catch up on studies or simply socialize. Additionally, “<strong>Ravens’ Nest,</strong>” an <strong>enhanced version </strong>of the <strong>advisory period</strong>, will run from 3:25 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.</p>
