My Fascination With Time is Because I Got Kicked Out of a Meeting For Being Late

Bynow, you know I’m fascinated with time. If you’re not, let me tell you why. Fellow writer

Bette A. Ludwig

will vouch for that.

You only have so much time to get things done in life. The more time you waste, the less time you have.

It doesn’t matter what your job is in life. Whether you’re a writer, teacher, life insurance agent, or whatever, you need to use your time effectively.

If not, someone is waiting for you.

That is the last thing you need to do. So you shouldn’t be late for a meeting, an event, or even a social gathering.

When you’re late, you are taking up someone else’s time.

Some people value their time, just as much as I do.

Growing up, I had a nonchalant attitude. I felt the world revolved around me.

You know, things don’t start until I show up. That’s how I felt around people.

I took my time and walked at a slow to moderate pace. Even one of my ex-girlfriends made that comment as we walked on campus. She said you walk slow.
