COME AND PLAY IN THE MILKY NIGHT (DEMO)

Getting older doesn’t always mean getting wiser. Sometimes, in getting older, we get more lost in the sauce of life, ignoring its sticky residue lingering and dripping off our bodies. Sometimes we justify our continued ignorance because we’ve mistaken getting older with getting wiser. But what if in our childhood and youth we never dealt with the cards we were dealt? Then it would make sense that, as adults, the maladapted coping mechanisms that got us through the first few decades of our lives would no longer serve us. And what if they are no longer getting us by, and in fact are now seeing us drown in our own fluids, like the victim of a pneumonia that probably could have been prevented?

Website
