Silicon Palms was incorporated in Florida on 9.9.1999 at a time when people were branding themselves as monikers, rather than by name. So I adopted the identity as silicon palms and created social media accounts using that domain name rather than my own name, now 25 years later I return to Vancouver and rent an apartment on Lagoon Drive to begin building the brand all over again.
Where to begin? Well let’s see if I can encapsulate Miami, Brazil, Costa Rica, South Carolina and stints in Europe and Hong Kong, as well as excursions to China, Vietnam, and Macau, into a 20 year timeline by saying that it’s been a blissful struggle, mostly spent in tropical climates, often returning to Canada and always love being in Vancouver, so once and for all, I moved here.
