Lament of an Imperialist
<p>In an interview on NPR, Brilyn Hollyhand, a tone-deaf, culturally ignorant Gen Z conservative, used his voice to give form and sound to the following statement –</p>

I’m bottom of the totem pole. And I really am.”</a></p>
<p>He said this in August of 2023, probably surrounded by people who looked just like him in a part of Alabama where a minority of any race/creed/religion/gender/sexual orientation would be greeted by stares of disapproval at best and outright hostility at worst.</p>
<p>Young Brilyn is mistaken on two levels, both of which point to his egregious ignorance of culture in the United States -</p>
