I have good news drawn from the latest&nbsp;<a href="https://data.worldbank.org/indicator/NY.GNP.PCAP.CD" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">World Bank data</a>&nbsp;on Gross National Income per capita (GNI). The GNI per capita is the dollar value of a country&rsquo;s final income in a year divided by its population. As shown in the attached table, Rwanda is now tied with Uganda with a US$930 GNI per capita, and ahead of sixteen Sub-Saharan African countries.
