<p>After a short, thirty-minute wait, we were seated. As soon as we entered, delicious aromas of <strong>warm pancakes</strong>, fried potatoes and fresh baked goods wafted around the room. The restaurant is quite small, but the room is charming and cozy thanks to its antique accents of quirky Canadiana. We had attentive <strong>service — </strong>fast and friendly with endless refills of fresh, hot coffee. The variety of delicious-sounding options made it difficult to decide what to order. So many comforting choices — eggs with bacon, sausage and hash browns, buttermilk biscuit sandwiches, breakfast bowls, seven egg benedicts, pancakes (red velvet with cream cheese frosting? pulled pork pancakes?) and waffles (with or without fried chicken).</p>
