INVOKING INSIGHT MEDITATION
<p>[This is another long draw, here an explanation as to how I first encountered ‘Insight Meditation” as part of Mahamudra non-meditation, as well what it took to allow this to happen, and how I have cultivated that original realization. So, for the few and probably not the many.]</p>
